As many of our products are seasonal, we offer a pre-order service. When pre-ordering a gift or hamper please proceed through the checkout process and one of friendly staff will be in contact to advise delivery dates.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately we only deliver our gifts within the UK. Please also note that we are unable to deliver to the following:
- Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey)
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses
We are currently offering free deliver on all our products to UK mainland addresses!
We try to ensure all orders are delivered the next day if the order is placed before 1pm Monday-Friday. These times may vary at busier times, and if your chosen delivery address is going to Scottish highlands or UK islands (isle of Wight, isle of Man, isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands).

What time will my order arrive?
Deliveries are made between 7:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries. However, we will send you your tracking information.
What if the recipient is not home?
All deliveries require a signature, so where possible please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel.
If the recipient is not home the driver will leave a calling card and either:-
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour.
- Attempt redelivery the next working day.
Please ensure all address details (including house number and post code) are entered correctly when placing your order. Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will have to be charged for.
Can you do next day delivery?
If you place your order before 1pm it may be possible to deliver the next working day (UK mainland), at no extra charge.

Can you deliver on a weekend?
No, regretfully we cannot deliver on a weekend, or a Bank Holiday.
Multiple delivery addresses
If you have multiple delivery addresses please add a note to your order and one of our friendly staff will be in touch.
Deliveries to Businesses, Hospitals, Hotels & Universities
Before placing your order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carrier can only be responsible for delivering up to a goods-in or reception point, and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for parcels themselves. Once signed for, it will be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that the gift is passed on to the recipient in a timely manner.
